Employee Benefits

Crispin Speers & Partners (CSP) provides Employees Benefits insurance. Our Travel, Gadget and Personal Accident Policies are offered through many of the world’s top companies and here we provide support information for employees of those companies, the companies with which we work and Benefits Consultants. If you are here to find the answer to a specific question, our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s) page is a good place to start.

Our Employee Benefits unit is a dedicated provider of tailor-made flexible benefits that are bespoke and product based services that are attractive to most corporate companies.

Primary lines of business are in Personal Accident, Travel and Gadget.

Typical clients include Brokers, Benefit Consultants, HR Departments and Risk Managers for whom a mixture of core, flexible and voluntary Benefits programmes are structured in conjunction with the Accident Health Life & Specialty Team.

Key to the success is our helpline services and thorough administrative support.

Pre-existing Medical Conditions

Customers with pre-existing medical conditions not covered by their existing insurance or who wish to secure alternative quotations for cover are being directed to a Money and Pension Service (MaPS) directory created following direction from the Financial Conduct Authority.

MaPS is a free and impartial money advice service, set up by the Government to provide information and guides to help improve individual finances. The MaPS travel insurance directory has been created for people who have potentially been refused cover, had cover excluded, or received a high additional premium in connection to their medical conditions, to allow them to shop around alternative providers.
