Ken Davidson has over 30 years experience in the insurance business. He is well-respected for his proactive approach within the Insurance industry. He is currently supervising the controlled growth and expansion of the group. Ken is a past president of the Chartered Insurance Institute.

David
Stirling is one of the founding partners of CSP and has a wealth of experience
and knowledge handling in developing UK and International Travel Accident
& Health Insurance and Reinsurance. His skills include the creation
of products and programmes to match consumer needs and adapting developments
to the industry changes. He is responsible for marketing, new business
teams.
Andrew
Rutty
Andrew
Rutty is closely involved with the day-to-day management of the company.
He ensures the smooth running of CSP’s Business Support Unit and
is responsible for the office administration, HR, binding authorisation,
internal procedures, back office technical support and IT systems.
Managing Director
Crispin Speers has been a broker since 1965 and is a founding member of CSP. His primary responsibilities are for Corporate governance as MD are of paramount importance and he sits on the board of our subsidiary companies, and he maintains an active interest in Travel Insurance along with Treaty Reinsurance.
Raj Rupal
Finance Director
Raj Rupal is a Chartered Accountant with many years experience of Lloyd's and Company Insurance Markets. His responsibilities include all areas of finance, Company secretarial matters, compliance issues plus controlling the various subsidiary interests within the group.
