Stirling is one of the founding partners of CSP and has a wealth of experience
and knowledge handling and developing UK and International Insurance and Reinsurance. He is responsible for development and maintenance of the business and markets.

Andrew
Rutty is closely involved with the day-to-day management of the company.
He ensures the smooth running of CSP’s Business Support Unit and
is responsible for the office administration, HR, binding authorisation,
internal procedures, back office technical support and IT systems.
Crispin Speers

Speers has been a broker since 1965 and is a founding member of CSP. His primary responsibilities are as MD of CSP. He also sits on the Board of our various group companies.

Raj Rupal is a Chartered Accountant with many years experience of Lloyd's
and Company Insurance Markets. His responsibilities include all areas
of finance and compliance issues plus managing the various group interests.
