Our claims handling services consist of both in-house staff and external claims service providers who work very closely to ensure all claims are handled in a professional and efficient manner.

The Claims Department is responsible for a number of functions:

• Providing insured or reinsured clients with a first class claims support service
• Handling any complaints arising from the handling of a claim
• Management and control of claims accounting
• Acting on behalf of clients in claims negotiation with insurers as and when required
• Generating accurate claims statistics for renewal and placement purposes
• Carry out insurers' instructions

 

We have formal agreements with all our third party service providers setting out agreed standards of claims handling. This enables us to provide all our clients with a seamless and efficient claims service.
